Sepak takraw is also known as sepak raga,cakraw, is originated from Malaysia that is being played a long time ago since Zaman Kesultanan Melayu Melaka.That time, takraw is formerly known as sepak raga where the game is being played in circle.Each of the team member will have to “timang” the ball to each other and each “timangan” is being counted.The actual game of sepak takraw is being played using a rattan ball.The design is the same with the design of the modern takraw ball nowadays but the different is the ball is being made from other material.The game is being played using the format 15 point that is like the old badminton game format.Now, the game format is being played is 21 point.Thats all for this post.I will find other info to make other post about sepak takraw.
